We the people, demand that the original 10 Constitutional Articles, listed within The Constitution of the United States, be declared individual rights, that cannot be, removed, added to, affected by, or be in any way, altered, by any law, amendment, judgement, decision or person, (local, state, federal or international), seeking to restrict them from being anything less than individual rights, by incorporating this as an additional amendment to the constitution, that shall fall under the same protection as the original 10 articles. And shall stand in effect until the end of all time. This article only protects the rights of American citizens that are not mentally ill or deranged and are not convicted felons.
