Mr. President, please reconsider our view on Communist Vietnam. Its leaders do not deserve to be treated as one of the free-world leaders, and to be invited to the White House, which is the symbol of Freedom and Justice.
Freedom and Justice are our American values that we must uphold. At present, Vietnam is a communist state and its records of human right violations, of persecuting religious groups, of land grabbing, and ethnic cleansing by means of forced relocation of native minorities are well documented.
Vietnam is not to be trusted. Vietnam is using US as they had used Laos, Cambodia, Montagnards, Degar peoples, China, .... during Vietnam War era. Vietnam and China are both communist countries. Once the coast is clear, they will turn against us.
