Our Combat Veterans Need Medical Access To Medical Marijuana.

Created by N.R. on September 16, 2016

I am a USMC Combat Veteran that served in Iraq and Afghanistan. When I came back, I almost lost my entire family, and took my own life. I was struggling with PTSD and had already went through the veteran affairs to seek treatment. After trying all sorts of meds and having terrible negative side effects from the psych medicine, I found myself alone in a dark room, with a gun (I didn't have the courage to pull the trigger).
A few months later me and the wife experimented with Marijuana, and she noticed a difference that same night. I opened up, told her my struggle and the stories that have gone untold until that moment. It changed my life. My stress levels are down, anxiety has all but dissaperaed, and I have my family back... All because of marijuana. Who would have thunk?!
