Mr. President Obama, My first letter was dated July 4, a memorable date indeed, nine moth past and we still don't see any movement from our responsible system the United State to look out for the security and welfare of the3.5 Millions of U.S. Citizen living in this island, The People too. Mr. Obama, a little reminder, in the time of conflict we go the wards and give our lives for our nation too, so we should be treated the same way and compassion and dignity as the other citizen in the mainland. Mr. President, one more time I remind you, it was not our choice to be born in this island and the real true is we are also United States citizens and we have been ignored along the way some how.
