Our Promise to Our Troops

The United States Military has suspended tuition assistance to its soldiers. This is an impossibly bad choice. We've been talking about having good jobs for our soldiers as they transition out of their military careers into civilian life. Yet we have with the same face, cut funding for these soldiers pursuing their degrees. College is a needed transition into a world that cannot possibly match the prolific morbid conflict of warfare that they've had to accustom themselves to while performing their duty. This is unconscionable; it cannot be supported by a single politician openly. It is meant therefore to pass as dirty little secrets pass in this society. Please consider supporting this repeal, let's have an open and honest dialog over the consequences, we owe our troops as much.
