Our right to peacefully assemble is limited to having to file for permits to protest without violent police action.We have the right to assembly yet we see everyday, peaceful protesters getting assaulted, arrested without Miranda rights being read and causing the protest to become violent. This petition states that ANY government official whether it be the Police department, Homeland security or even the FBI CIA NSA or military are going to face assault ,harassment charges as well as any other laws they break in the process of harming Peaceful Protests. Just because Federal ,State and Local governments are threaten by large groups, it doesn't mean they have the right to use pepper spray, riot equipment and clubs to move the crowd. We The People will be Heard!
