Our school districts are not properly providing training for teachers, to better understand children with disabilities

All too often children with disabilities are put into classrooms with teachers who have little to no training of the disability.The results of this leads to many problems that all could be avoided if only our they had a better understanding of the disabilities they will encounter in their classroom.
That is why I believe there should be yearly training that all teachers must attend. This should be mandatory in every state and school district. Our children need teachers who understand their disability. When a teacher fully understand what the childs struggles are, they are better equipped to teach in a way that the child is able to learn, fully comprehend and thrive.
We have a responsibility to stand to stand up for our children's rights. We are their voice
