With the Obama administration taking cues from the people to tackle this dire situation, it is only fitting that our own Federal government, including state and local governments, outfit each building with alternative energy sources such as solar panels and wind turbines and even water collection systems. This plan has 4 significant advantages: 1. Reduce the dependency on 3rd party energy production, 2. After time, will provide free electricity and water to the respective governments, 3. Reduce the impact on the environment from pollution, 4. Show the nation the commitment to a clean environment.
