Outlaw 2nd amendment violations by the Senate, Congress or the Oval Office.

Outlaw and consider it treasonous for any politician, Judge, Court or Courts or any other government or citizen entity who attempt to either pass legislation or directly violate the peoples 2nd Amendment Rights by either outlawing or restricting firearms, magazine capacity, attachable items or any other additional or factory parts thereof. This of course shall not conflict with laws already in effect. Nor shall it affect the reasonableness standard in common sense situations such as not allowing certain persons (felons, dishonorable discharge, commonly intoxicated, mentally disturbed, etc...) to obtain firearms.
