Outlaw the ability to sue for tax payer dollars....

Can we please stop wasteing tax dollars on law suits! The taxpayer is not the individual responsible for whatever action unlawfully performed by a government employee at all levels. Hold the individual responsible not the taxpayer. If a teacher, police officer etc. commits a wrong that individual should be held criminally and financially liable. NOT THE TAXPAYER. Should money be taken from the education of thousands to settle a suit of a teacher who commited a wrong? Did that school district endorse his/her actions? NO. Did the taxpayer? NO. HOLD THE INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLE NOT THE TAXPAYER.
