If marijuana is going to be continually referred to by the Federal Government as a harmful drug, then it is only fair that the much more harmful drug know as "alcohol" fall under the same category. If Alcohol is allowed to remain legal, then Marijuana should also be legal. If Marijuana is to remain illegal, then alcohol, by all fairness, needs to be criminalized as well.
Enough of listening to the lobbyists. Start listening to the constituency. Start being fair. One way, or the other.
