Our elected officials have consituents letting them know what they are there to do, who they represent. There are some lobbyist I agree with but more that I do not. Some lobbyist groups have outlived their purpose and become an entity. In some cases, at the expense of what is good for the American people. Why can lobbyist reach my representative easier than I can? Why can a lobbyist walk into government offices that I can not afford to fly to, pay for ground transportation, etc.? So, to be fair ALL lobbyist should be outlawed.
