The far right wing of the Republican party the "Tea Party" has made it clear the following...
1. That they do not respect the Constitution, the rule of the law, and most dangerously the separation of church and state. As such they exist as predominately along race and religious lines seeking purity in both much in the way the Taliban and before them the Nazi party did.
2. They will not compromise on any issue and more importantly they will not respect the outcomes of elections.
3. They lead a mis-information propaganda campaign with media outlet support and the backing/control of one David H. Koch and Charles G. Koch.
4. They have openly advocated armed insurrection.
As such we must take unprecedented measures and outlaw the Tea Party as they represent a clear and present danger
