Animal experimentation is inhumane, and with recent advances in nanotechnology it is no longer necessary. Applies to all government labs including the Dept of Defense, the CIA, medical sciences, bio-technology, and private industry. Also applies to human testing without legal third-party consent by any part of US government or private industry.
