Outlaw, ban or heavily tax non revenue producing altered vehicles.

Raised, lifted and vehicles fitted with oversize tires reduce fuel efficiency, are loud, obnoxious and damaging to the environment. I propose to have these types of vehicle alterations banned or taxed unless the alteration can be proven as part of income based requirements.
There is no need for a standard pickup truck to be raised and fitted with oversize tires. It doesn't look good or cool and reduces the fuel economy and performance of the vehicle. Millions of vehicles are fitted with these lift kits and oversize tires for no reason other than "aesthetics". Tax them and help relieve a small portion of the environmental impact they create.
