Outlaw bans on gay marriage by executive order.

Created by J.V. on January 23, 2013

It is a right of every citizen to be able to do everything in their power to be happy. As long as one happiness does not come at the cost of another's, their happiness should be able to thrive. For too long we have thought that we can tell people how to live their lives but no more. I move to ban all laws that try and stop a person from be as happy as they can be without hurting others. This involves gay marriage and a lot more.

God gave everyone the free will that they have to choose what they should and should not do. I believe that there is no legal standing to keep couples from marrying.

The many or majority have no right to tell a minority that they cannot do something that may or may not be approved of. It is a protection in our laws that the few shall be protected from the many.
