Outlaw binding arbitration clauses.

Created by B.L. on August 22, 2013

Binding arbitration clauses inserted into contracts limit the freedoms and Constitutional rights of citizens who often have no choice but to agree to them. Corporations increasingly insert such clauses into contracts in order to curb our rights under the law. We ask that such clauses be outlawed or at the very least that they be made to always have an opt out clause.
