Outlaw blinding headlights, and require manufacturers to properly aim their headlights, particularly on trucks and SUV!

For the last 20 years car and truck headlights have been getting brighter and brighter. New technology, such as LED, and even some new lights like lasers. This actually makes it harder for oncoming drivers to see as they are blinded! Not only are these lights too bright, too often they are not aimed properly. The problem is even more widespread on trucks and SUV's because they sit higher. The lights should be aimed down on the road! Cars manufactured in the last 10 years should be recalled to have the headlights fixed. All trucks should be recalled to fix the headlights. There should be blinding headlights emphasis patrols on duty for enforcement, up to, including loss of drivers license. The goal of this petition is to make driving safer for everyone!
