To outlaw the blue led / halo headlights for vehicles. They are bli.ding at night and have caused several incidents.

I am 21 yrs old and yes i am young. But, the bright blue l.e.d. headlights for vehicles are blinding and have no purpose. I have had many accounts of almost wrecking from being blinded by these lights when driving by. These lights serve nopurpose other than for looks and are extremely hazardous. I wear prescriptive glasses and this only makes it worse for me. I believe the standard yellow lights are all that should be allowed. Please back me up on this because i am tired of being ran off the road. I live in Virginia. Atleadt out law the lights for my state.
