Smoking around children should be categorized as child abuse, as should bringing them into smoking areas. The risks associated with exposure to secondhand smoke are well-documented, proven, wide-ranging, and incredibly dangerous. We would not allow parents to inject their children with poison, so why let them force their kids to breathe it?
