Outlaw Building New Nuclear Power Plants

To protect not only the citizens of, and immigrants to the United States Of America; but, to also protect people abroad.
To avoid having any more leaking plants than we already have, and to avoid such incidents as those of Chernobyl, and Fukushima, nuclear power plants must be banned.
The nuclear industry has been lying to the masses, and making backdoor deals to exist, and thus needs to eventually be wiped out, legally. They are criminals.
Their products are entirely unsafe, and cause the worst, most lasting of environmental damages of any form of energy source, on top of being the most risky to human health, and the health of other animals (livestock, pets, wildlife).
The waste of a nuclear power plant has nowhere to go, and takes a ridiculously long time to cease to be a danger.
