Bullying is a big issue in America. Especially in the youth area. Bullying has become to popular in the American school system, and in order to reduce the suicide rate for children, we need to outlaw bullying. It may seem like a small issue, and if you think that, you obviously have never been a victim of bullying. Our government needs to make strict laws about this.
