Currently over 50+ million americans are being forced to inhale whatever their neighbors decide to burn in their fireplaces. Just one annoying burning neighbor with a fireplace can make life miserable for hundreds sometimes thousands of people who have to smell their stink. My neighbors chimney is 20 feet from my house, and I'm always forced to close all my windows and sometimes even abandon my house for hours. It should be made illegal for anyone to build a fireplace or use one within 500 feet of another persons house.
