The time is now. The second amendment needs to be changed or entirely abolished. Times have changed in so so many ways since the drafting of the constitution and current laws do not reflect current need. Drastic measures need to be implemented immediately. The rights of our children to their lives far outweighs any right to ownership of a deadly weapon. Outlaw firearms for civilians across the board now.
