Closed elections take away the voting power of independent voters from primary elections which limit there voice in our government. Independent voters should be able to decided whomever they want to vote for in these elections so they have an equal say on which ever candidate gets the nomination. But with closed elections they get no say on the state level and play no part in who gets the nomination. Lets make history and change this!
