Outlaw companies making user agreements that sign away free speech and prevent negative posts about them or products.

In 2008 John Palmer bought a gift for his wife from KlearGear.com (KG) that never arrived. Paypal cancelled the sale and refunded their money. His wife made a post on ripoffreport.com telling of their experience. Several years later the company charged the Palmers a $3,500 fine saying that they violated a User Agreement (UA) not to say anything negative about the company. The UA in which they supposedly agreed to sign away their free speech rights was executed by their purchase. When they refused to pay the fine, KG filed a bad credit report against them, causing ruined credit and financial hardships. Other companies have similar UAs and the public needs to be protected from them! There is another story about a dentist doing something similar to a patient. STOP THIS NOW!
