Currently when congress passes a law they can exempt themselves from conforming to that law and so they do most of the time. This is illogical. Congress should have to follow every law they pass. In fact it would be real nice if they actually had to live with the law for a year or more before the public has to. That's not going to happen. However we should be able to get congress to not have the right exempt themselves.
