Requires the president to submit a bill to congress that forbids a congressman or senator from voting on any bill that is promoted by or that would directly benefit any individual or corporation that has contributed to the senator/congressman's campaign. Such act would be considered a bribe. This would be in force for a year after the contribution or for an entire session, whichever is longer.
The intent is to end corruption and force congress to act in the interest of voters.
