Outlaw the dance style known as "Twerking"

In the 1980s, a dance style was created and given the name "twerking." Twerking remained unpopular for decades until its rebirth in the year 2013 A.D. At first, it seemed like twerking would have a short life and be forgotten into the folds of history. Then, the former Disney child turned pop star Miley Cyrus made sure no one would forget about twerking. The people of not just the United States but the entire world should not suffer. Therefore, I propose that twerking be outlawed by June of this year. Miley Cyrus should receive medical treatment for what could be a disease. I should also address that we return her tongue to whatever cow she stole it from. Unlike Miley Cyrus, we can stop. We will stop. NO MORE TWERKING! NO MORE TWERKING! NO MORE TWERKING!
