outlaw the discrimination of job applicants who test positive for thc in jobs that do not require use of heavy machinery

Marijuana law reform is sweeping the nation as the majority of the American population is beginning to realize this plant's true value. It is our request that it be made unlawful for job applicants to be denied employment for testing positive for marijuana, as long as the occupation does not require the use of vehicles or heavy machinery. Employers should be concerned with the quality of an employees work, not whether or not they use this harmless, natural drug.
