outlaw federal, postal and banking holidays that are only observed by above and not the average public.

Created by K.J. on December 24, 2012

It is completely beyond time to keep observing certain holidays that are NOT observe by the average public. The average public do not get to celebrate certain holidays that are typically only observed buy federal, postal and banking systems. It should not be required of the general public to have to pay postal holiday wages, federal holiday wages and banks to be closed on days that have become a common workday for all others. It should not be on the shoulders of the general public to have to support holiday pay unless observed by 1/2 of population or more.
