Fireworks and other "child friendly" celebratory gizmos like sparklers contribute to over 9000 visits to the E.R. every year and over 26% of those injured are under 15 years of age. Outlawing all of these things would save us millions of dollars in damages annually and protect our family's from unnecessary strive. Although some firework producers would be out of a job it would help many more.
