Throughout the history of our nation the hate group Ku Klux Klan has been the guiding force for division as well as violent hate crimes, the Confederate flag serves as the unifying symbol for this domestic terrorist group. It continues to remain a source of division, violence, and the propagation of hate doctrines in reference to minorities, gays, lesbians, muslims, and law abiding American Citizens in the United States of America which reside in geographically southern states. This is a matter of our National Security as these groups continue to spread division and the doctrine of secession with the intent of bringing disharmony to the Union of a free democratic society as supported by our Constitution. We have a right to live without fear or the threat of harm within our nations borders.
