The Second Amendment was designed to keep guns with a "regulated militia". It is a misreading to suggest that guns should be owned by the average citizen. Under that rational, why not justify citizens owning tanks?
Please President Obama, keep America safest and outlaw guns, unless as the Second Amendment States, the guns are with a "regulated militia".
