The Harlem Shake is ravaging the quality of social media, television shows, and educational organizations nationwide. In addition, it is clogging up outdoor spaces where innocent bystanders are suddenly surrounded by spasmodically gyrating people in all manner of unkempt garb. Participation in or preparation for a spontaneous outbreak of Harlem Shaking must not be tolerated in a nation committed to "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness." The Harlem Shake must be outlawed to protect the sanctity of our nation.
