Outlaw the importation of crude oil until Saudi Arabia commits to defunding and outlawing the funding of radical clerics

Saudi Arabia exports terrorism by supporting radical clerics and Madrassas, schools that educate young men in radical ideology. Until this is stopped there will be an endless supply of cannon fodder for terrorism, and it will be difficult to control ISIS. This needs to be reversed. Stopping the importation of crude oil would send a strong signal to Saudi Arabia that this is unacceptable.
