There are about 6 million innocent dogs, puppies, cat and kittens as well as reptiles and birds unnecessarily killed instead of finding fosters, rescues and adopters. The worst manner accepted by too many animal shelters is stuffing them into little metal boxes in a huddle and gassing them up to 3 times like Hitler did to humans. We should be embarrassed and ashamed to let this continue into the 21st century. Please Mr. President do an Executive Order banning such treatment and initiating training on how to be a truly NO KILL NATION for the animals.
