We the people demand an end to the outrageous and unethical use of the Chargemaster to artificially inflate the costs of medical treatment. This issue was recently revealed by an article in Time magazine entitled "Bitter Pill: Why Medical Bills Are Killing Us" by Steven Brill. (http://healthland.time.com/2013/02/20/bitter-pill-why-medical-bills-are-...) The system as it stands is detrimental to the well-being of anyone who has to go through it and absolutely has to be changed. There is no reason to allow the health care industry to go completely unregulated especially considering that people do not enter the system willingly. They are forced into it and stuck with the bill afterwards.
