With US companies outsourcing Jobs to foreign countries, the US labor force is in need of jobs. Yet by making outsourcing these jobs illegal by US companies Thousands of jobs will be brought back to the US. So this petition is in favor of the government forcing US companies to use US labor. And any non-comply actions of these US companies will be forced to pay a fine of 25% of their Quarterly Profits.
