We all know that the irony of Jeff Foxworthy's "You Might Be a Redneck" jokes is that the very people he describes don't understand they are being mocked. It is this ignorance that he is making fun of. If it was just funny there would be no problem. But the problem is that all too often these rednecks are the same people that are NRA members, own assault weapons and high capacity magazines, and have caused the proliferation of these unacceptably dangerous weapons in the United States.
So, this petition is simple. If you fit the description of a redneck as described by Jeff Foxworthy, you don't get to play with guns. Let's git er done!
