Outlaw and end the practice of gerrymandering, which is defined as attempting to establish a political advantage for a particular party or group, by manipulating geographic boundaries to create partisan or incumbent protected districts. Violation of the law after the bill is passed into law will result in 500,000 dollar fine which will be paid to the public schools in the district which law was broken and immediate impeachment or recall of elected official who violates this law this issue will be on the 2014 election ballot
