To establish a bill for providing a transparency that no elected official is subject to lobbyist efforts to effect undue influence by bribe or promise of position. To make it a federal offense to lobby and offer money to any elected official holding office at city, county, state, or federal level. To require elected officials to report all income revenue outside their government salaries (subject to audit).
