A particular incident comes to mind where a New Mexico woman handed out anti-abortion propaganda with images of fetuses and disturbing messages for Halloween that is completely inappropriate to target to small children. But it goes beyond this. Any large public displays that would ordinarily be in view of children containing such content should be illegal. This sort of behavior is as harmful and inappropriate as giving pornography to children.
