Outlaw the production of high-speed motor vehicles, and large capacity vehicles.

High-speed motor-vehicles and high capacity motor-vehicles are an immense danger to the American society. high speed car chases, wild drivers speeding down the interstate, and vehicles carrying multiple passengers are all too dangerous in todays society. Everyday, hundreds or more will die in motor vehicle collisions and accidents resulting from speeding. And in many cases, these vehicles collide with busses, vans, and 4 passenger vehicles or SUV's with families riding in them. It is important that we remove these vehicles from Americans for their own safety. High passenger vehicles kill many people at once, as I propose a limit of 2 occupants per car would dramatically decrease motor vehicle fatalities. Also high speed vehicles be removed and no car be able to exceed 10-15 mph.
