Regulate by law that any utility service such as water, electric or gas for heating, cooking and cooling, and garbage disposal be operated by non profit or for limited profit. Such as the American Healthcare Act requires participation, but profit is capped to 20 percent or less.
The basic human needs to sustain a home for the health and well being of people in regard to using natural resources should not be allowed to be used to make a profit.
