I am asking the President to suggest new airplane regulations prohibiting the reclining of seats on airplanes: exemptions: Air Force One and private jets.
This should pertain to maintaining minimal blood flow for passengers legs below the knees just because they happen to be taller than 5 ft. 8 inches in height.
