Outlaw religion altogether. Religion is the largest starter of all wars throughout the history of man.

Please sign if you feel that religion has been the catalyst for the majority of wars/violence throughout mankind's existence. Ban religious rhetoric/practices in public areas. It is alright to believe in God. IT IS NOT OK TO START WARS IN HIS NAME, NOR IS IT OK TO COMMIT VIOLENCE AGAINST OTHERS IN THE NAME OF GOD!
