Outlaw Routine Circumcision on Boys Under the Age of Eighteen

Routine Infant Circumcision, on males under age 18, needs to against the law. Reasons?
(1.) Mortality Rates: In America alone, around an average of 120 newborn boys die each & every year, due to infant circumcision.
(2.) Equal Rights & Protection of the Law: It's illegal to circumcise newborn/underage girls. Under the 14 Amendment, boys are supposed to be equally protected. However, it is never enforced.
(3.) Violation of His Religious Freedom: Carving a parent's beliefs into his body, before he can choose his faith & give consent, is wrong! It's stripping him of the freedom to choose his faith, as well as functional penile tissue!
(4.) Not Medically Necessary: Healthy functional tissue is being removed; while Americans hide behind "benefits" irrelevant to his age. It's primarily cosmetic!
