Outlaw the sale/use of high capacity magazines and/or semi-automatic assault weapons to civilians.

There is no need for United States citizens who are not enlisted in the military to own or use assault weapons. It is one thing to hunt deer with a shot gun or rifle, but an untrained civilian has no need for guns of war. To pass a law restricting the sale and use of automatic/semi-automatic weapons would not infringe upon our Second Amendment rights. We are not allowed to have tanks or nuclear weapons; this is no different. Too many children have died. It is time to do the right thing.
