Outlaw smoking in any public places.

Smoking should be illegal on any public property. It pollutes the world we live in and can cause harm to innocent and healthy people who do not wish to be anywhere near cigarette smoke. The select group that chooses to smoke should be forced to do so in their own property, this way anyone who does not want the smoke going into their lungs can have there wish. Smokers absolutely have the right to smoke, but it is wrong that smokers are allowed to cause involuntarily harm to those around them. 126,000,000 people are exposed to second smoke every year, imagine how much this could be decreased, and imagine all of the countless lives that will be saved. Please making smoking illegal on any public property.
